The Chinese Government have made it mandatory for all computer manufacturers in china to now install "Green Dam" software, which filters for violence and pornography. One of the methods by which it filters images is colour, particular tones and patterns of pinks and flesh tones. Strangely, both Garfield and Hello Kitty have also been caught in this filter.
